This sounds delicious! How long will it keep in the fridge?

I’ve made this often, though I find adding a bit of gelatin (heated in coconut milk) gives it a more stable consistance.

Made this tonight and it was great. I used raw cacao powder and raw honey. Yum! 2 thumbs up from hubby too. :)

I’m sorry to have to ask, but do you shave the skin off the avocado, or do you just wash it and process it? I assume the skin has a lot of good nutrients, but wonder if it would affect the texture? I need to learn more about avocados. I eat guacamole in restaurants but that’s it!

Cut around the avocado in half LENGTHWISE(not through the hard center pit). Then twist to separate the two halves. Remove pit in center and scoop out soft flesh with a spoon. Toss the skin!
